I chose Sussex Audiology because of many positive reviews! And I found that they were well deserved. Dr. Alex was great! He was patient, informative and just pleasant during a trying time. It is not fun getting to the age where you need hearing aids. But he made it less stressful by his calm manner. It is also a very large initial expense; one that I didn't really anticipate. I was happy with my visit and the hearing test. They explained all type of hearing aids also.
Dr. Malyarovich (along with his staff) is a treasure! He is professional and personable as he explains the processes of my ear, my hearing and my hearing aids. I have been able to watch TV again without driving everyone out of the room. And the overall quality of my social life has improved. I tell all my friends to go visit Sussex Audiology Services!
The staff was extremely nice and professional. The doctor was amazing. She sat with me and answered all the questions that I had, very patient and super friendly. Explained everything she was doing and I felt very comfortable in her care. I would recommend her to all of my family and friends.
After a few years, I decided to do something about my tinnitus, so I emailed Sussex Audiology Services. Even though their office was closed for a holiday break, someone returned my email that day. From that moment, to scheduling my appointment, receiving alerts about forms I needed to fill out, alerts to remind me of my appointment, and the actual appointment itself, the entire was process was clear to follow and completely hassle free.
