A nice place to live if you understand that the building is not owned by any corporation. The HOA board is made up of other countries owners that that to keep the place in good shape. The HOA board is lead by a very business like person that stays on top of repairs. Before he took over 3 years a go we had old church going cheap people, that did want to repair anything. All they cared about was going to church on Sunday and praying to their god.
Terrible place... Old building's come a part.. Very unsafe plac to live... Board members is joke,... Parking space is very unsafe... Swimming inside pool light east side electric wires is out ..very dangerous!!

Management and staff have serious anger issues and don’t know how to run this place, they make so many rules it feels like a prison here. My wife and I own one of the units here and they still try to walk over us, and they also make ridiculous rules that they just make up on the spot and all they want is money out of you. So many people complain about the living conditions and they just ignore all the problems and act like everything is fine.
