We just purchased our 5th vehicle there beginning of June. The 4 previous vehicles had no issues, the buying and financing experience was great, 5 stars all the way. This time around same 5 star experience when it came to our salesman Mike and Kim working her absolute magic again in finance. i would give them zero stars if i could. i went in with my father trying to get him out of his 2 vehicles and into just 1. the sales guy was rude and when i asked for the manager he just sat in his car and said "sup" then proceeded to be the most rude and condescending man i have ever met. No wonder there was not one customer in suss on a Saturday. what a joke of a dealership.

My husband and I were just "looking" but "looking" turned into buying. Hahaha! Mark helped us, there was no pressure and it was easy peasy. Josh, got our paperwork and financing done really quickly, it was a smooth process and it was a great experience overall.
