A very NEGATIVE experience with Suss. I saw a price on a vehicle online for just over 21k. When I got to the dealer that price went up to just over 22k. They also no longer had any of those vehicles in stock. In my opinion they were VERY low on value of my trade. I also had about a 2 inch crack on the windshield that became an 18 inch crack by the time I went to leave. I was asked for my keys so the salesman could get the VIN and the mileage. We are sorry the customer felt he did not have a good experience when he visited our Dealership. We are very transparent in our pricing and our advertising. While many dealers only price a few vehicles we price them all. The customer came in on the last day of the month looking at the very popular all new 2018Terrain. GMC had great price incentives on this vehicle that month. In fact it was Terrain's best selling month. They pull out the red carpet from under your feet the moment the sale is final. Service Department is external rude and unprofessional. I had the pleasure of dealing with Jessica attitude she must have woke up mad or had a bad drive to work but I had to pay for it. Then a ask her to check my breaks as well as my window that was making a noise but for some reason she felt that I could afford form them to do so because she ask me if I was sure because it was going to cost me $30 if no problem found. I bought a 2008 Kia Sportage in February of 2016 and opted for the dealership 2 yr warranty. My AC was blowing warm air so I took it into the dealership services for a diagnosis and repair on a Saturday. This service dept said a valve needed replacement and there were absolutely no leaks since they "triple checked" for leaks with their ridiculously expensive dye test. I paid $382 for this valve replacement, diagnosis and dye leak tests because the warranty did not cover any of it. I picked my vehicle up on a Monday and it bl... read more

In 2013 my wife purchased her first car on her own from Suss. The salesman took advantage of her knowing that she was a first time buyer by telling her the car had a clean CarFax but not showing her a copy. We just tried trading the vehicle in at a dealership and found out the car had been involved in two accidents and the odometer had been rolled back, making the vehicle valueless to any honest dealer. We were unable to purchase our new vehicle because Suss was so dishonest to us four years ago.

My Operations Manager attempted to reach out to the customer via the email address given to the BBB and we have received no answer. We believe this either to be in error (wrong dealership) or fraudulent.
