Kind of expensive for someone with a low income. But kind & caring people. They thoroughly checked out Harley after he was in a scuffle with a much larger dog.
Staff is knowledgeable and friendly, I never had to wait more then a few minutes past my appointment times and they have made time for me and my dogs when I didn’t have an appointment.
They make you wait 90 minutes and ask why you starve your animal. My shitzu weighs 10 pounds and the dr asked why she’s so small.
Very bad customer service. Vet Tech called my wife a liar and proceeded to be extremely rude despite making errors with the meds we were given. We have always gone to Susquehanna over the years with our animals but after today we will not be back.
Best vet around! Called last minute Tuesday because I found a lump on my cats back and they got me in the next day to figure out what it was. Found out it was an abscess and they treated him right away. Would definitely recommend this place. Everyone was extremely nice and caring for my cat.
