Terrible property management. They don't fix things, raise the rent, do not take care of the property, and treat tenants poorly. Making money is more important than people is the message that tenants get. I would look somewhere else and find a landlord that will treat tenants fairly.
They place obnoxious, terrible people in your quiet community. Would give them zero stars if possible.
Not recommend if you have kids. A lot of complaints about kids riding electric toys which are supposed to be ok. Has a neighborhood bully who is 14 and beats on the younger kids. Residents complain about the kids riding bikes, playing basketball even in the grass. They also, record you kids and send videos without permission. My block was very nice and my neighbors were. Former tenant and I can say that this is a great place to live. Very safe neighborhood with property management with great customer service. Shannon as the property manager was 100% transparent and helpful with everything I needed. I have zero complaints about my experience living here.
My wife and I just leased an apartment and couldn't be happier. Shannon is a pleasure to work with, and has been extremely communicative. SVR really went out of their way to find us a great place to live, and have been just as accommodating after move in. I would recommend Susquehanna Valley Rentals to anyone searching for a home to rent.
