I cannot say enough about the entire team at Susquehanna Valley HD. From Reception, to sales, clothing to parts, Each and every person we have come in contact with has treated us a valued customers. They are the best. they went over and above in finding my the exact bike that I wanted and went out of state to get it for me. then performed all of the upgrades that I wanted. very enjoyable experience with all of their staff. Couldn't have been better pleased with everyone that I dealt with at this business.

worst experience I've EVER had at a h-d dealership. they had our bike for 7 weeks and never fixed the simple issue. we took it home in pieces, after we called 5 hours prior to telling them we were coming for it. service guy was very obtuse about the whole situation. they charged us $860 for almost nothing. would not recommend!!
A big thank you to the service department for helping me with a flat tire and sticking around late to get me on the road on Saturday. You guys are the best! A big shout out from Atlanta!
