I followed Dr. Wilhelm to this practice with my girl CeCe, he is such a wonderful caring person, along with his staff. They go with the pace of the animal you have in, CeCe has many issues, Dr. Wilhelm has been a blessing for both CeCe and me.
I love these people!!! I hope you never have to see them in action during an emergency, but let me tell you first hand...they are professional, compassionate, and exceptional as a team to help the animal..and the owner..and even the foster (like me). Thank You for being so good at what you do!!!
Dr. Wilhelm is a breath of fresh air at this animal hospital! He goes above & beyond in his care of animals. I recently took my cat in for some bloodwork due to some issues he's having & Dr. Wilhelm took the time to print out articles for me to read, & even trimmed his nails for free (Tritch used to charge me $8 just to trim my cat's claws!!). I cannot say enough good things about this hospital now! I look forward to having my cat in his care for many years to come!
When we took our puppy there for the first time, the vet barely touched her. I kind of expected that because my mom takes her cat there and she said they barely ever check her. I hope that if the puppy ever does have a problem they will be more thorough but I am not sure yet if I will keep going there or not. The staff is friendly and seems to care.
I followed Dr Wilhelm from Animal Care Center and couldn't be happier with the care he has given my girls! ( 2 harlequin Great Danes ) They can be a handful sometimes but the staff is great with them! Dr Wilhelm takes the time to explain everything to you and answers any questions you may have. He's a great vet!
Amazing visit.. took our 6 lab pups in, and everyone was very helpful and very nice to all of us. I recommend this place to everyone!!!!
Words cannot express how grateful we are to be in the hands of Dr Wilhelm as my dog approaches his final days. He took us in without knowing us and immediately made us feel like we were part of his family. His care & attention for both my dog and us as a family is outstanding. Needles to say, we will be bringing my other dog there for care.
The staff was great and of course Dr. Wilhelm is fantastic as always!!
Very impressed with the loving care my new fur baby received here! I been nervous finding a regular vet because of past bad experiences. I feel the prices are very reasonable especially since the care is amazing and they are very knowledgeable. The Vet takes the time to talk with you himself and did not rush. Made sure to answer any questions. I highly recommend here for your new family vet. I don't write reviews or recommend places often but this place is truly amazing.
