Worst property management firm out there. Unfortunately my HOA at Willow Brook hired them to manage the property. They couldn't even fund a good Contractor ro remove the snow after our last 14 inch snow fall. When we complained to them, they stated the contractor said we had cats in the driveway. We have never parked cars in the driveway, especially during a snow storm. I kept my apartment in better shape than when I moved in. I was there for 15 years because I am disabled and was unable to move out. I had to fix so many issues on my own dime including painting because of TONS of chipping lead paint (both of my children had high lead tests so I had to do it myself bc the landlord didn’t care) I was bullied into leaving for being hospitalized too often for infusions, and problems with neighbors they were friendly with (bringing shady behavior to the attention of the landlord). I've been living at Frederick Street Lofts for over 10 years + and I can honestly say that in that time, SRM LLC has been nothing short of professional and genuine throughout. Their sense of urgency to take care of whatever needs repaired or replaced proves the integrity level. They are the experts at what they do and I am thankful to have a realty company like SRM LLC.
