This place is, hands down, one of the best dental clinics I have ever been to. From my initial consultation, they took the time to explain everything, answer my questions, and make sure I understood what to expect before surgery. On the day of my procedure, the entire staff was incredibly helpful, kind, and informative. I have always had a major fear of having my teeth removed, and I put it off for years because of that fear. This place was amazing! Joe, Michelle, and Dr. Rosenthal made an anxious experience as comfortable as possible. My daughter has extreme medical anxiety, and her wisdom tooth removal went so much better than we anticipated because of their care, compassion, and patience.
Joe, Michelle and Dr. Rosenthal were great and treated my daughter well. My only disappointment was that this location no longer accepts Blue Cross insurance so there was a large out of pocket fee. I still rate them 5/5 for their kindness, knowledge and quick service.
Both our children had their wisdom teeth out this year. What an amazing team of professionals. Joe was especially great with our daughter helping make her feal comfortable before the procedure. 10/10.
Dr. Mark Rosenthal and his team at Susquehanna Oral & Facial Surgery are the best at their profession!! I had three teeth extracted and did not have a bit of pain and healed up very quickly! Thank you all so very much!!
