From the moment I walked in until I left everyone was exceptionally kind. The 2 women made certain I was comfortable which greatly decreased my high anxiety. By the time I was inside the mri I was humming. Thank you girls!.
A lot of reviews are about billing or scheduling appointments, which doesn’t really give any information about the actual experience of coming here. I have to come here annually for an MRI, and the staff is always extremely kind and patient with me. My particular MRI is kind of awkward, and I get light-headed easily, but they’ve never made me feel bad about having to take things slow. I would recommend the staff here to anyone who needs an MRI and is looking for somewhere comfortable.
I've had several images done here and I've always been treated with respect and dignity and the imaging has always been accurate and helpful. The staff are great and keep up the good work
Never sent me a bill. I even kept checking My UPMC to make sure. Got a letter from a collection agency 3 months later telling me I will have a mark on my credit report for 7 years. Thanks a lot.
