This place used to be THE place to go. I recently placed two small orders through them and never received confirmation. My card was charged both times. I called and emailed with no response several times. The website is now down. Are they out of business? How are they still taking payments? I will amend if something is wrong (sickness/emergency) but this seems awfully dubious.

I made an order on May 5,2025, and paid for 3 day shipping after reading the story about the company I thought great, a mom and pop store! It is now May 31,2025. No communication from the company after calling daily for a week straight, leaving voicemails and multiple attempts with email, “contact us” through the web page etc. No response what so ever. Seems as if the business is out of business. I finally just filed a dispute through my credit card used. I would recommend looking elsewhere for your needs.
Placed an order January 23rd or 25th 2025 for some headlights, a week and a half later on February 6th 2025 i get a text saying they forgot to process it.... Fine.. They ask me if I still want it, Yes it was intended to be a birthday gift please proceed. February 11th, No reply, no status change, February 20th, no reply no status change. I ordered form this outfit back in 2010 for my other Jeep. shame on me because i had the EXACT same issue with the EXACT same product and lack of customer service. Odered the upgraded jk headlight harness and some upgraded super yellow fog lights these fog lights are awesome! Haven't installed the harness yet because I'm waiting on some other parts for my battery. The customer service is great. Update installed harness 9 month ago with the E code hella glass housings and WOW best upgrade ever. 9 months of problem free great lighting. Great cut off great beam and the harness was super easy to install. Really good quality harness. And very well made.
