I will never use anyone else for my countertop needs. They have an excellent selection as well as excellent customer service. Every single person is so nice! We used them for our countertops in our kitchen as well as ordered our flooring from them. During that time, we mentioned we might like to do do our vanity in our bathroom in the future.. Great people and they do Excellent work with strong ethics and integrity.
Susquehanna Granite has questionable business practices. First they sell a piece of granite, marked for us, to someone else. I'm notified after-the-fact via email. Then a new piece is picked out...and I'm still waiting for a quote nearly 2 weeks later. Ya dropped the ball big time Susquehanna Marble & Granite. Sometimes the little jobs lead to big jobs...but not in this case...I'm moving on...you're not the only granite place in the area.
From the girls in the showroom right up to the installation, I have nothing but praises for the staff at Susquehanna Marble and Granite. I was informed and my questions were answered each step of the way. Not to mention my counters are amazing, I told them my vision and now I'm living in it! Huge thank you to the Spangler's and whole crew!
SMG were a class act from start to finish. They listened to what we were looking for, helped us locate the perfect piece of granite, and installed it to perfection in a timely manner. If you want granite, there is not a better place to get it.
