Charlie gave us a very detailed inspection of the home and found issues with the roof and furnace, potentially saving us thousands of dollars in future repairs. I reached out to get a roof inspected after multiple calls and text messages I finally got a text message asking me what’s the address and name for the inspection I provided the information the never got a answer back for appointment I called and texted multiple times afterwards never got a call back or text message I was completely ignored I lost a whole week with this guy and got no where now I have look for another inspector and wait for appointment don’t bother with this person you just going to waste your time
