I am grateful that I have a place filled with doctors, nurses, and staff that are compassionate, thorough and genuine. I am a patient of the Dr Gerst/Dr. Prall team. Hands down these are the best G. I. Doctors I’ve had. I have Crohn’s and Barrett’s and other health problems that can be difficult to live with. My quality of life is in direct correlation to the quality of healthcare I receive. UPMC cares more about whether the nurses are talked to nicely than patient care. This is not a pre-school where people need to be spoken to in a certain tone. THESE ARE PEOPLES LIVES ON THE LINE. The fact that hire ups are more concerned about nurses feelings when they mess up and not about consequences for them is wild. PATIENTS LIVES ARE NOT TO BE MESSED WITH but UPMC clearly doesn't care about their patients. How this place doesn't have a lawsuit yet is mind blowing.
Thanks to the Dr Kumar, Anesthesiologist, my Nurses, Kelsey, Lori, Brooke, and everyone in the procedure center for your your loving Care and commitment to your your Nursing profession. Thanks to each and everyone. ( I can't remember the name of the wonderful Anesthesiologist who did a great job in keeping me in La La Land. And your care in speaking to me prior to the procedure) You have a great Team‼️ 🤗
