I bring my elderly hearing impaired friend here and he always liked the staff and ease of appointments until recently. Suddenly he couldn’t hear anything on his home or cell phone so we made an appointment. The newer and older hearing aids are working fine so I’m thinking he might have a sudden decline in his hearing ability. I find the services to be comprehensive without the hard sell salespitch that you get from other providers. I was given many chances to try out different hearing aids and evaluate. Followup has been consistent and very useful. I hear so much better since I got my hearing aids and can't image living without them. Kim Dzikowski has been absolutely fabulous in making certain that my hearing aids serve my needs so that my life can be minimally impacted by my hearing loss. I highly recommend Susquehanna Health Audiology.
