Like Kristen below, I experienced the same issue, the prior authorization was denied because they did not provide the required info (which they had!) i have been trying since June and just gave up with them. I also had a physical and blood work and there was no follow up. They do not care here at all and I am seeking care elsewhere.
I have been trying to have a pre authorization put in for a medication I need since January and it is now April I can’t seem to get anyone to help me and always get told someone will call me back and no one does! It is beyond frustrating at this point and really let’s you know that they don’t care about their patients at all
