I've been using this business for almost 10 years now. They are always concerned with MY order. I especially love that they tell me ways I can save money which helps my business grow. (I've come to know the owners, and they don't live next door, never have... So, I'm assuming that other review was posted for the wrong business.) They also stand by their work, which is not so common these days. I would highly recommend them!
When they respond to, and create, your requests they do a good job. It has been well over a month and I have sent multiple emails (so has a friend of mine) and I have not received a response nor have seen any proofs of my requests. They used to be prompt and accommodating but are now the complete opposite. Hard to believe considering their home is next door to their shop. Took my business elsewhere for good, and so has my friend.
