If I could give this company a -5 I would. We purchased a part on July 3, 2024 and are yet to receive. I talked with a so called customer service person on 8/5/24 and she said it would be shipped around 9/5. Yeah right, still waiting. And now, can't get through to their phone number and emails bounce back.. Do NOT order from this place! What a joke and I hope you all feel good about taking from small businesses with nothing in return. You should be ashamed of yourself!
I ordered Tough Country Springs from Suspension Connection .com, back on 5/13/24 my card was charged immediately. i was told 2 weeks for delivery. As of July 27th, the order hasn't come. I called several times no answer on the phone i was on hold for over an hour each time, and no response to emails. I contacted my C/C co. and contested the charge. As of today 8/9/24, my C/C Co. has settled the claim & i finally got my money back. I wish i read these reviews first. SUSPENSION CONNECTION IS A SCAM DONT DO BUISNESS WITH THEM!
