It was my first time buying a car from a dealership and it was absolutely excellent. Everyone was super friendly and knowledgeable and made sure we were well taken care of through every step of the process. Big shoutouts to Parker and Nate for all of their hard work!
Ryan Moore actually had the vehicle we wanted waiting for us before we returned from a month vacation. He brought it in from another dealer and also had a bedliner sprayed in and running boards installed so when we returned the truck was ready. My son just purchased his first car from suskis. The salesman new the morning before that he was coming to sign the paperwork for the jeep. He shows up today with his check and down payment to find out he has to come back to get the actual service done on the vehicle. This should be done before the jeep hits the lot. I feel this is very poor customer service, to make someone come on there day off and sit in the waiting room to get something done that already should be done.
