I bought a heater from Susitna last December. At some point I realized it was not the correct heater for my space. They took care of the situation for me with excellent service . I could not be happier with their work, service and helpfulness. These are the people to use for so many home needs.
While traveling through Alaska in our 5th wheel camper, we had some problems with our solar/inverter. We had no luck with local RV repair shops, but Jordan was able to get us in right away. He found that the problem was actually a grounded wire running inside the camper! We were so impressed that we returned a few weeks later for him to install additional parts to help monitor our system. Jordan was very patient and provided a lot of education. Jordan did an excellent job helping me to repair the electrical in my campervan. He’s patient, knowledgeable, and professional. The whole experience was great and I’m super thankful for his help and how fast they were able to get me in! Their store inside is awesome too and I def recommending checking it out inside to see all the cool options they have for off grid living/camping!

The owner Jordan is a logistics expert. He always helps me with every order and get them here extremely fast he's grate at everything he does for me always polite and professional. Ramsy is a very knowledgeable and helpful sales person. She helped me pick out a generator for my duplex before the snowfall and it has been extremely beneficial to us this winter. Would definitely recommend them to anybody looking for off grid or alternative power for power outages!!
