I ordered a bouquet from Susi’s for Mother’s Day and they delivered a beautiful bouquet with a hand written letter for me. The customer service was great! I accidentally selected my order for pickup and they called — assuming I meant to make a delivery — and fixed my mistake! Thank you!

Son sent me flowers for Mother’s Day from Susi’s and they were gorgeous (he selected a “bright bouquet”) and still are 5 days later! Will definitely use next time I need to order an arrangement.

My mom has a firm “no gifts” rule at Christmas so I ordered a centerpiece from Susi’s (it was gorgeous) and told her to take it home after Christmas dinner. For literally 3 weeks she was texting me pictures of it and raving about how well it was doing and which new flowers were blooming.

This is the last time. The last time I buy flowers here. I bought these flowers on Friday and cut them, fed them, changed the water, and they during. The flowers are very expensive and I have never, NEVER, had a bouquet last more than a couple of days. The arrangements are beautiful, the staff is lovely, but the flowers are awful. I have bouquets from Safeway last longer every time. Never again.

if I were you, I’d never use this place again! They sent a card. It looked like a child wrote it and they spelled my name wrong they put Patrick on it instead of Patrice.! $100 for a teeny tiny bouquet ridiculous
