We loved working with Katie from Susi's Flowers. She was so understanding and friendly, and really felt like the only flower vendor that was able to work with us with what we wanted at our pricepoint. They're so flexible, and we were absolutely thrilled with the work they did. Personally I did not particularly value the flowers aspect of the wedding going into it, but I was so happy to have been proven wrong by Katie and Susi's Flowers, they were such a critical addition!
I am so grateful for Susi's Flowers. The wedding planning experience was stressful, and they made it very easy. Not only did they stay within our - admittedly a bit limited - budget, but Katie really listened and clearly worked to realise our vision. Everyone in the shop was easy to work with, flexible and professional, and also helpful in telling me about the wedding process. I was so overcome by the beautiful flowers and am now pressing my bouquet to preserve them. Highly recommend Susi's Flowers. Thank you, Ladies !
My husband ordered me Mother’s Day flowers from this shop, and when I reached out with concern about my bouquet, the owner completely exceeded my expectations with her response. She went out of her way to personally deliver a fresh new bouquet to my house, which was such a thoughtful and kind gesture. I ordered a bouquet from Susi’s for Mother’s Day and they delivered a beautiful bouquet with a hand written letter for me. The customer service was great! I accidentally selected my order for pickup and they called — assuming I meant to make a delivery — and fixed my mistake! Thank you!
Son sent me flowers for Mother’s Day from Susi’s and they were gorgeous (he selected a “bright bouquet”) and still are 5 days later! Will definitely use next time I need to order an arrangement.
