Very disappointing experience — would not return (Stylist Allison ) My appointment was at 6:00 PM, and I arrived around 6:15 PM because of a thunderstorm. I completely understand that I was late. However, when I arrived, I was asked to sit, and she didn’t communicate with me about how long I would need to wait. I ended up waiting for about 35 minutes without any update.
