I have absolutely LOVED red velvet cake for years! I literally won't get any other dessert. Sadly, 2/3 times in last few months, the icing on the red velvet has been tart and a bit lemony. Sad to see this fluctuating... I hope the management tries to address this variation in quality soon

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at SusieCakes. This was my first time there, and I was genuinely excited to try their cupcakes, but unfortunately, the experience was incredibly upsetting. Everyone ahead of us ordered, paid, received their cupcakes, and left. When it was our turn, we ordered five cupcakes and a cookie, but the employee, who I believe was named Adriana, told us to step aside and wait. Susie cakes is by far my favorite. Love that they have seasonal treats. I love love the pineapple upside down cupcake. Please dont get rid of that one. The staff is very nice,welcoming, and patient. I work two store down at Aldea Home & Baby and I love trying something different everytime I come. Great selection and the snickerdoodles are sooo yummy. A place you cant pass up.
