Best cake ever! We went on Saturday and returned on Monday XD
Debated a few days to post this. The blonde hair employee who helped me and my girlfriend was not kind at all. She rushed through our order, very condescending, and didn’t even offer us a bag. But the person behind us got offered a bag and even got a sticker. If you are not happy working there then don’t work there, it’s that simple. Won’t be returning to this location, staff are not so kind and picky when it comes to who gets better service.

A neat and clean bakery. Excellent customer service! The staff packed the cakes I ordered very carefully. In terms of the cakes, I read online that SusieCakes is among the Bay Area bakeries that make the best buttercream cakes. However, after trying their cakes, I was hugely disappointed!!! I think this bakery is overrated. I tried 5 kinds of their buttercream cakes--they are nowhere near what buttercream cakes are supposed to be. The cake texture is all dry and rough.
