The staffs are always friendly and welcoming, and my orders are prepared perfectly every time. While the cakes and cookies are a bit too sweet for my taste, they’re always a big hit at kids’ birthday parties. I especially love their seasonal cupcake flavors and the peanut butter chocolate cupcake. SusieCakes was a pretty nice spot to pic up a little dessert. Wide selection of cakes, cupcakes, and cookies. The shop was a picturesque cake shop, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Definitely worth stopping by if you’re in the area.

Still my favorite brand for the old-fashioned American style cakes. I am already fond of the carrot cakes since I met this shop in San Carlos. This time I tried the chocolate cake and it is so decadent and moist. The price is closer to 10 dollars per slice but you can eat the cake for a meal. Even the free slice I got for my birthday is gigantic. I will continue to be your customers! Thank you for wonderful cakes!

We have been going to this location for corporate event cakes for quite sometime but after speaking with the staff on the phone today, likely not. The staff answering the phone this morning were so rude for no apparent reason. When asking if the opening time of 10am was correct they said it was actually 11am. When we just trying to confirm when the business opened we were told to "we'll just come at 10am then, we won't be open" and then they eventually just hung up after laughing to eachother. Yikes.
