We stopped into SusieCakes for the first time and were immediately greeted with the warmest service from Maddie! She took the time to recommend her favorite treats, and we could tell right away that she truly loves what she does. Everything in the bakery looked and smelled absolutely amazing — it was hard to choose! I was invited to a birthday party/wedding at a friend's house and was faced with your old fashioned chocolate cake. I cut a narrow, yet tall, slice, and decided to taste.
