I had a very disappointing experience with my recent order. I sent my son to pick it up, and he told me the staff were very unfriendly. They used hand gestures to rush him out, which came across as rude and dismissive. This kind of behavior toward a customer is unacceptable. On top of that, the condition of the items was not okay. I ended up at Susies after trying their cake at someone else’s event. We then ordered the baby cupcakes, celebrating, and heart design cakes for my celebration of life even. I am not a sweets or cake person but was left extremely satisfied with the cakes and the service here. Thank Susie Cakes Team!
Suzy Cakes has the best cupcakes in San Diego. I have tried other places like Sprinkles, Whole Foods, etc. Suzy Cakes beats them all. Their cupcakes are sweet and tasty. The flavor of the frosting is also really good. I like the chocolate and the vanilla cupcakes and the different color frostings.
