RecommendedAlthough glad that we were able to get a couple of cupcakes today it would have been better had we known that you can't walk up and order, which has changed since the last time we were there. Also the girl wasn't all that helpful and a bit snotty. I am not sure if I got credit for my purchase either. I love SusieCakes, but was saddened by the interaction. I had planned on purchasing more too, but since she couldn't be bothered to be more helpful I didn't.
We just wanted to say a BIG THANK YOU to SusieCakes for making Audrey’s day today. She had just come from a vaccine doctor appointment and I promised she could pick out a special cupcake that I’d planned to pay for with cash. But due to COVID changes, only credit cards are accepted and I’d completely forgotten mine. Best chocolate cake-coma ever!
Staff was polite however, I feel like some of them are prejudice bc of the area this place is in. I unfortunately had to experience this the day I picked up my two tiered cake for my baby shower. I specifically said, “I’m here to pick up MY cake.” The employee proceeded to ask my name then she asked for the last name. Let me mind you, I am a Filipino woman with a Polish last name.
