Great cupcake, but bad customer service. They are still requiring masks, when every other shop in Preston Center did away with that type of forced-theatrics many months ago. Further, it feels very un-American for them to not accept cash. I can’t support a business that doesn’t follow State law (masks are not mandatory).
RecommendedAlthough glad that we were able to get a couple of cupcakes today it would have been better had we known that you can't walk up and order, which has changed since the last time we were there. Also the girl wasn't all that helpful and a bit snotty. I am not sure if I got credit for my purchase either. I love SusieCakes, but was saddened by the interaction. I had planned on purchasing more too, but since she couldn't be bothered to be more helpful I didn't.

She had just come from a vaccine doctor appointment and I promised she could pick out a special cupcake that I’d planned to pay for with cash. But due to COVID changes, only credit cards are accepted and I’d completely forgotten mine.
