Susie was the best part of the home buying process for us. My first words to her were “I have no idea where to start”, and she didn’t even bat an eye. From calls at 8am to 10pm she was ready to help, chat, give confirmation and advice on anything we needed. She made all the communication to seller agent, and contractors we needed if I was unavailable/ at work. I could not recommend Suzie enough. 10/5 stars not one negative thing I could say!
Susie provided me with wonderful costumer service. She replied to phone calls, text messages, and emails in a timely fashion. She is knowledgeable of the real estate business. Susie is friendly and approachable and encourages you to ask any question, no matter how big or small. As her email signature says, she does "treat you like family." I highly recommend Susie as a realtor.

We are first time home buyers and were nervous about what to expect throughout the entire process. Susie was amazing in answering all of our questions and putting our anxieties to rest. She was easy to get in touch with and was always quick to schedule viewings for the houses we wished to see. She made the whole process easy and smooth.
