I would give Susie 10 stars if that were an option. We just closed on a new condo today and have been working with Susie for nearly two years to find just the right place. She is always quick to respond, easy to work with and communicate with. She is tireless and provides insights and perspectives that only a long-time local would know. Susie was an exceptional realtor. She was patient, always prompt to reply, and very adept at sharing her opinion, without being overly pushy. She also was highly perceptive such that she didn’t waste our time with listings that weren’t a good match. Always answered our questions honestly and with careful consideration. In a very busy real estate market, she proved an outstanding advisor. Definitely would use her again, and highly recommend her.
Susie helped my wife and I buy a condo in Breckenrdige and then sell it a few years later when life took us in a different direction. I have worked with several realtors and never have felt as comfortable as I did with Susie.
