My wife and I obtained Susie for our house hunt back in 2007 based off a family member's pleasant experience with her. We were not disappointed with her services. Once we found the floorplan we liked, she helped guide us and pointed out some shortcomings regarding the septic field of the initial house we wanted, but quickly found the same floorplan available on a different lot without the potential septic issue.
