I've known Susie for years, and I've always known her to go above and beyond for her clients. She absolutely did that for the recent sale of my house in woodbridge. Susie was incredible from start to finish. She knows the market really well and especially the area where we sold our home. Incredibly kind, professional, knowledgeable, and wonderful to work with. She went above and beyond by recommending people to help do some pre and post sale fixes. She was always available and answered all questions. Her dedication to her craft was reflective of the sale price in which the buyers paid 20k above asking. Overall, incredibly happy and would 10/10 recommend her again!!

Susie was fantastic to work with. She was extremely professional and detailed, from the comps docs, to the estimated sales price and proceeds computations, to the recommendations for staging house for sale. But most importantly was having a realtor that cares…highly recommend.
