VERY negligent. I saw Dr Susiani Intan in March 2022 due to seeing blue spots in my left eye and my irises being two different sizes. Not only did she NOT dilate my eyes (as I was told she would do, and is standard procedure), but the exam was brief and not thorough. When I tried to bring up my concerns she told me it was just 'how my eyes were' even though these were two new occurrences less than a year old.
