Fair and quality work – I feel like I have always received fair and quality work.
Rotors Replaced – I went in for brake pad replacement and they found that I needed to replace the rotors. I believe the previous place I got my brakes done might have screwed them up. Had to come in for 2 separate visits due to ordering of the rotors. 2nd time didn't charge me tax or labor which was awesome. Yeah rotors range about 30-60$ each on the internet. But nice people.
Extremely friendly – Everyone at Susi's was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and informative. Any questions were answered promptly and in depth. Our repair was costly but done at a very fair price. Every effort was made to keep the price down while still providing superior quality workmanship. Thank you, Ryan, Jeremy, Frank and Miranda!

I would tell them that Susi is a very hands on shop and that they want to know the quirks of every car they work on. Everyone is incredibly polite and will take the time to walk you through the process. I felt extremely comfortable leaving my car in good hands!
