I ordered from Sushiya via Chomp at 5:30 pm last night and I didn’t receive my food until 8:04 pm. During the waiting I was contacted by Chomp and told that the restaurant had given my food to someone else. The restaurant only offered to remake the order, but it would take them another 25 min to remake it. This was my fist experience with this restaurant and certainly my last. The food was okay (Hy Vee sushi is just as good), but definitely not worth the 2 1/2 hr wait and $72 dollars I paid. The restaurant didn’t even offer ... read more

My wife ordered using Chomp at 5:30 pm. It is now 7:40 and we were notified 10 minutes ago that you gave our order to someone else. We were told it would take you another 25 minutes to remake our order. I would think screwing up an order would be a priority. First experience doing business with you. Last time we will be doing business with you. Food arrived at 8:04 pm

RecommendedTonight I picked up dinner and loved everything!! I live in Cedar Rapids but it was definitely well worth the drive to North Liberty. I even have quite a bit left over for lunch tomorrow. Great food, service and friendly staff and owners. Vincent and Li are the best!
I love going to Sushiya, it’s one of my favorite places for sushi! Their sashimi is fresh every time I’ve been there. Don’t want sushi? They also have different dishes to offer, their yakisoba is amazing and a pretty good size! Their service has been amazing and the take out order is worth it. Call earlier for take out, it’s a very popular place!
Sushiya is one of my top favorite restaurants. It is worth the drive from Burlington, Iowa. I’ve eaten there plenty of times and every single time their food is always delicious & has a beautiful presentation. The service is always great. They also always go out of their way to surprise us if we are celebrating an occasion with a super cute & creative fruit display of delicious oranges! Sushiya rules.
Sooooo sooo slow. Your order will be ready in 25 minutes... 55 minutes later still waiting. I am certain the Crab Rangoons are cold by now.
first time eating there tonight and I will never return our food came out cold like it sat around for at least 10 minutes before it was brought out I ordered the teriyaki salmon and It was just a bunch of small pieces like they gave me someone's leftovers it was gross my kids got the chicken and steak skewers and they were burnt and dry as hell our appetizers were crab ragoons and they were also room temp like they sat for a long time our server wasn't to bad but also I feel like she didnt get our orders out right away like ... read more
