The Ontario office seems overwhelmed with patients, poor communication with each other AND with parents. Collected my copay for my kid’s appointment.. appointment was 2 seconds long, the PA collected my child’s school paperwork her teacher filled out, diagnosed her then left!! appt not thorough, didn’t ask if I had questions nuthin. Was supposed to be referred to therapist .. we never got a call back from the staff for instructions on what to do to get my child to a therapist/who to contact or what to do!
