Really nice bartender, a young lady with dark hair. I’m sorry to say I didn’t get her name! Very patient.
Horrible service tonight and a very long wait. We waited over 50 minutes to get a roll and a tuna tower. I had to get up to get water for myself. One of the servers said I will go get “some water” and never came back. We asked for lemons 3 times and finally got some when were half way done with diner. I will not go to stone oak location again.

We ordered food at 6:30 it came about 7:45 and was cold like it had been in the fridge. We called to try to work something out as we paid $43 for not good food when usually it’s great. The manager, Ed laughed and said “well yeah usually when it’s delivered it’s not gonna be very warm”. Then told us we’re not getting our meal replaced. First time going to this location customer service is horrible I went to the To go order side to place my order there is 3 ladies by the cashier I wait no one say hi or they will will me. I waited about 5 mins. Then I ask young lady if this were I place my order. And she finally acknowledge me to place my order.
My 5 1/2 year old niece is pretty convinced that Santa delivered our dinner last night! I’m not sure the name of our delivery guy (perhaps it is Nick?) but thank you for helping keep the magic alive!!
Waited at to go line for a good 10min, no one greeted me, the rude cashier was on the phone the entire time. I walked out, I will never return. Worst service I’ve ever had.
