We've been frequenting Sushi Zen for quite some time. We go when it's slow and when it's slammed. My old review from a year ago was a lot better than this one, everything just seems to be going down in quality. This is sad to say the least. The sushi on the new and improved carousel is now double and triple stacked and hastily produced to meet higher demand. It tastes old, looks dried out, and nothing like it used to be. Good place to sit and enjoy your evening. Although they make there sushi rolls smaller than others places. Besides that the food still tastes good and is a good atmosphere.
This place is great! Its small so sometimes you have to wait a bit for a table. Going on a Saturday night could be a long wait. The rolls are big, really tasty and the prices are fair. Service is excellent and very attentive. Its our favorite spot in Hillsboro for Sushi!
