Absolutely the worst service I have had in Eugene ..... waitress was rude twice and manager was just as unprofessional! We left without ordering Never again !
Sushi Ya, I have always enjoyed your food, but I have stopped eating here because of how poorly you treat your drivers. They are your drivers. They deliver your food to your customers who are unable to get to your store for some reason. Whether the customer is quarantined, nursing a sick family member, unable to drive for some reason, or just wants to enjoy a meal at home; they have chosen your restaurant and deserve to have their order given top priority as if they were in your store. Amazing food. this is the best teriyaki I've had. But everything was good, the sushi, the salad, the Kochi ice cream. Good service too. highly recommended.
