Used to be Ok Sushi Tokyo used to be one of my favorite places at least partially because I lived in the area. They had good roles and reasonable prices. When a new chef and new wait staff took over a year or so ago, it started going downhill. It would take forever to get your food, they'd charge you incorrectly, and the sushi wasn't nearly as good. Everyone once in a while I give it another chance, and am almost always disappointed. Too bad, it was a good place before.
Wouldn't Waste My Time This restaurant was my favorite sushi restaurant a few years ago. Located in the Roosevelt neighborhood, this restaurant is small and seems to be family owned. The prices are reasonable, and they have the best "spicy sauce" I've ever had on a sushi roll. I would never go back to this restaurant because they have repeatedly messed up my order, over-charged us, and provided the slowest service I've ever experienced. Amazing food. Great atmosphere. Very cozy and quiet.
Good sushi good service and they have real authentic Mongolian food OFF menu if you ask for it.
I won't eat sushi anywhere else. Their fish is always fresh and excellent, and they have a huge variety of rolls, plus if someone in your group doesn't like sushi, they have a great teriyaki and noodle selection.
I have fallen in love w this place My partner got a poke bowl the tuna was like butter. I got a few rolls and I stuffed my self I could not stop. New favorite sushi bar. Went for lunch it was empty which was nice but so many people from the neighborhood getting sushi to go is a good sign.
