Most expensive mediocre sushi + horrible service from a very rude and stuck-up head chef. We left early.
1 star — Extremely disappointing We had a 7:30 PM reservation and called at 4:30 PM to cancel, within the stated 3-hour policy. No one answered, so we left a voicemail. They still kept the $200, then responded rudely and hung up when I called. Very poor customer service—I would not recommend this restaurant. I will deputed the charge

★★☆☆☆ “Meh.” I mean, it wasn’t 𝘣𝘢𝘥 for strip mall sushi, but it definitely didn’t live up to the hype and was much more in line with the experiences described in the negative reviews. If you’re looking for an authentic, high-end omakase experience, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.
