Horrible experience I was waiting for one roll an whole hour and then I took it outside and they make me get up asked for a refund and they didn’t even asked why just said get up the food wasn’t good and the service even worst
By far the absolute worst service I’ve ever received in Miami. Rude and unprofessional staff. The one exception was the bartender.
Sushi sake is lucky to get 2 stars but the food was pretty decent. From the moment we sat down, it felt as if we were an inconvenience to the staff for choosing to have dinner at this establishment. We were the only ones in the dining room at 7:00 pm. We were sat down & approached by the server.. it seems as if she was annoyed. We placed our order. Queremos agradecer a Robin por su excelente atención. Fue muy amable, atento y siempre estuvo pendiente de nosotros. Nos hizo sentir muy cómodos y brindó un servicio excelente. Definitivamente una muy buena experiencia gracias a él.
