Hoy fui a cenar y pedi si por favor podíamos ver el partido de tenis del Miami Open. El server me dijo que si, y nunca lo puso. Cuando me trajo la cuenta le pregunté si la pantalla estaba puesta para los clientes o para los empleados, me respondió para los dos y que habla empleados colombianos que querían ver el partido de Colombia y que por eso no pusieron el partido de tenis. O sea la respuesta del server fue incorrecta, la pantalla es para los empleados, asi que si quieren ver algo en ese momento NO VAYAN ALLÍ.
At first I didn’t think much of it, but this is the second time this has happened in two weeks. The food is always great, no complaints there. However, both times an automatic 18% gratuity was added to the bill without any mention on the menu or from the server. We had a very large party of 21 people, they accommodated all of us very well. Great attention to detail and super nice! Amazing sushi, highly recommend. The staff were awesome!!! Thank you.
