Invited in for a collaboration, and still giving my honest, real experience (and I tipped as usual!) This omakase spot is a little different from the traditional ones, instead of classic nigiri, they focus on hand rolls. You know how in the movie Ratatouille, the chef is transported to his childhood because of the meal he was eating? When great food is served to you, it evokes memories and the flavors take you places. That’s the way I would describe the amazing omakase experience I had at Sushi Saint NY. Really good hand rolls! The quality of the ingredients is great and we loved their lychee martini!
I had the most fabulous experience here. The fish is so fresh and tender it melts in your mouth. Favorite bites were the akami with black garlic and the king salmon with miso and serrano. Service is warm and attentive. Best sushi I’ve had in a long time, can’t wait to come back!
