So yesterday me and my husband brought our kids in to have a nice meal a little after lunchtime and we would like to send all our thanks to Christyn and Jun for setting the bar on customer service and satisfaction! Christyn was able to bring such a positive attitude to our table and instantly made us feel comfortable and welcomed, she always seemed to check on us with perfect timing and was very attentive. The hibachi chicken was putrid and the service was nonexistent.
This restaurant is excellent and exceeded all my expectations. The food was amazing, the service was friendly, and everything came out fresh. The atmosphere made it easy to relax and enjoy the meal. Now I’m going to want to come more often. Definitely one of my new favorite spots, and I can’t wait to come back! You should try it.
I hate having to leave a negative review because we were really looking forward to celebrating my birthday here. We came in with a group of 9 and expected to enjoy a fun night together. Instead, we overheard employees talking about our tab with other workers and saying, “Easy $300.” It was incredibly disappointing and honestly made us feel judged.
