Not many vegan / vegetarian options, but the veggie tempura, salad, and miso soup are good. Service is very friendly and efficient.
Good cuts, good service, good atmosphere, good value. If I lived in Glendale, this would be my regular spot. The SF Isobune (JapanTown) equivalent...
Sushi is fresh, salad is crisp and the price is right. They also have fast service so you can be in and out in an hour.
This place is a little pricy compare with others on brand with the small portion of the food they serve for lunch special. The taste is not that great either.
This place is hit or miss... some days it's good and other days.. well.. not so good...Anyway, it's close to my work so I go there about 3 times a month. Great deals on their specials and the service is great. I just can't figure out why the quality of the food is not consistent.
Sushi on Brand is a good local lunch option. The sushi is tasty and fresh enough. Staff is polite and very efficient. While I wouldn't necessarily come here for dinner, it is a very local lunch option if you want to get in and out.
I wasn't expecting good quality but it was surprisingly decent. I think one of the best sushi restaurants in Glendale area. But, the service wasn't so good; I felt that waitresses were only paying attentions to "American customers" and totally ignored us. Was it because I was Japanese??
For both traditional sushi and new creations Sushi on Brand is a consistent stellar performer. The desert flower roll is to die for--a spicy white fish "blossom" over the top of a California Roll.
