Not at All Like It Seems Being a previous tenant I feel it is only right to let others know about Glenwood Vista Apartments. When we first moved in it looked like a nice gated community. After living there for a little while things started to happen. Mold started to grow on every window sill. Our heatpump went out and it took them three days to even come to fix it. One of my all time favorites Sushi restaurants with an all-you-can-eat option usually scare me... and for good reason. However, Sushi Mon is a serious exception to this. For $25.00 you get full access to the entire menu including appetizers, nigiri, specialty sushi rolls, and a few desserts. The fish is always fresh and if you ask nicely you may even get the chance to taste some toro, if you get there early enough and they haven't sold out.
there are much better complexes We were in a corporate apartment here for 6 months and the apartment smelled horrible. It seemed like something was always breaking and I was having to call maintenence. The rent is high so don't bother!
DON'T DO IT! I live here for 9 mos and it was awfull.The walls are very thin,you hear neighbors convo whether up or downstairs,if your neighbors smoke you can smell cig smoke in your front room,the air goes out on the reg and it takes over 30 min to fill the tub up with bath or dish water.You hear things running around in the ceiling if you live up stairs ,you hear mice or rats in the kitchen day or night, you will see flying cock roaches here and there whether your place is clean or not this all take place here in the Oaks.... read more
great place to live when my wife and i wnet down there to look at an aparment the staff was very helpful they answerd all my questions and made me feel at home already my wife really likes how clean and tidy the common areas i guess you would say looked cant wait to move in
Impressive and Delicious I've had sushi many places now and Sushi Mon is the best by far here in Vegas. The dinner deal - all you can eat for $25 - is wonderful. The fish, veggies, and more are so fresh and just simply delicious. Also the menu is quite extensive. I've also never had bad service there either. The servers and chefs are on the ball with being as efficient as possible. The dinner also includes drink and dessert. Just thinking about it makes my mouth water.
World's Best Sushi I was so impressed by the sushi!! The people are wonderful, and the chefs are so good at getting you the best sushi. I ate so much, but I still didn't get that overstuffed feeling I normally get at other all-you-can-eat places. This is because of the extremely high quality of the food. I just love the chefs here. They'll talk to you while making the sushi, and they are super fast. It is amazing watching them make the sushi, and also, the product is beautiful to look at. Overall, the BEST FOOD ever
Never again We were kind of forced in this place b/c it was all taht was open. The owners of the place own most of the apts in denton while living in another state altogether. Walls are paper thin, we could smell the cig. smoke from the person down stairs b/c air just leaked in all around. The staff is rude, mantinence is nice but most of the time is swamped w/ other things that the work they do is ok.
