How my Ramen arrived from Doordash. Also the rolls look like it was tossed around before handed to me. I contacted the merchant; the staff who picked up was unapologetic just like the MOD Kyle who told me they cannot help me & contact Doordash instead and had the audacity to ask me if I want to place another order from them after this fiasco! Best Sushi in The Reno area!
First time there today. Delicious. We had all you can eat sushi. Great customer service. Can't wait to go again!
Waited at the hostess station for about 10 minutes with no hostess in sight. 4 of the waitstaff made eye contact but never acknowledged us, one of which came to the podium to drop off some menus but completely ignored us. A couple came in after us and stood longer than we did. Ended up leaving because nobody wanted to seat us or even let the hostess know we were there. They raised the price and the food portion are smaller and the quality of the food sucks! We were a regular customers so not going back.
