Love Hapi How can you not love a place called Hapi Sushi? I do. It's awesome and the sushi is always delicious...very fresh...and I'm never disappointed. This is one of my favorite hangouts and it always has been.
small but tasty I like Hapi Sushi because the sushi always tastes fresh and the sushi chefs are friendly and very good at what they do. The pricing is affordable and the location is superb.
Not a great experience – We live near by and heard about this place many times so one night we decided to give it a try. First of all it's tiny! Not that many people can fit in there so expect to wait even if it's not that busy. We walked in and no one even looked at us to acknowledge our presence. We just sat in a corner and waited for a table. The main sushi chef seems to the the owner as well. They cut off at 9pm - on a Saturday night - and the chef makes it known too. Best sushi in Laguna Beach! – I've eaten here a number of times and have been satisfied every time. While I prefer certain bars in LA, when in Laguna this is where I go for my sushi fix. The staff is friendly and some of their rolls are inventive if not entirely Japanese in origin. Their prices are reasonable and the fish is fresh. It's not very large so I suggest calling ahead and checking to see if you need a reservation or not.
Great rolls go try it, it is so underrated – It is the BEST place for sushi, try the specialty rools, good prices for high quality sushi. This place puts others to shame. It can get busy but well worth any wait.
Best Rolls in Orange County! – I have only been here once, and it was the best sushi i have ever had! There was a roll we ordered that had strawaberries in it, and it was unbeleivable! Super yummy! Must try it!
