Sushi menu is very underwhelming, typical shrimp tempura heavy bs, prices standard a bit elevated. Waitress brought me a completely wrong roll but I ate it anyway not to cause a scene, wouldn't ever order a shrimp tempura roll with eel. If you want a good sushi experience with a good menu skip this place leave it for the vanilla crowd.
Very excellent, high quality sushi. Our server, Mack, was the star and made the whole experience very exceptional. Will be back for sure!
I'm bad at giving reviews to the places I love, but gotta start somewhere, might as well start with Sushi Koji. The food here is stupendous, and the servers are incredibly polite. The inside is clean and tight with good decorations, able to fit lots of people and not be loud despite the small space. I do wish they'd play more japanese music and not just american music. I rate sushi restaurants primarily with their nigiri platters. The attention to each piece as well as the presentation told me everything I needed to know. This was before we got to the quality of each piece (high quality stuff) As someone who’ve been to many Japan trips, I can say this place is definitely up there in best sushi restaurants in NoVA
