We have been coming to Sushi Hero for a while now and loved it but when I came for a to go order that I waited 30 minutes for (they told me it was only 15 minutes) they didn’t have my soup or the sauce. They did not accommodate me or tell me this over the phone, and didn’t let me replace the item. Overall the taste of their dishes are great, the service is lacking greatly. It was clear they didn’t care and didn’t try to do anything that replaced my order.
